The Wheel of Time

An epic fantasy series created by Robert Jordan, set in a world where time moves in cycles and an ancient evil known as the Dark One threatens to break free and end creation. Beginning with The Eye of the World in 1990, Jordan wrote eleven novels before his death in 2007; Brandon Sanderson completed the series across three final volumes, concluding with A Memory of Light in 2013. The franchise also includes a prequel novel and an ongoing Amazon Prime Video television adaptation.
